Ok yes, this place is a great drunk food stop. But even if I hadn't been drinking, I guarantee I still would have loved the food. The tacos were suuuper flavorful. Salsa spice level was just right. They give you lime wedges to squeeze on top. Just yum. I got a variety of chicken tacos and a fish taco cause I'm not a huge meat eater. I like that you can get the tacos Regular, Veggie, or Super depending on how loaded you like your tacos. The fish taco was probably my favorite but I am pretty partial to fish tacos generalmente. I didn't notice much about the restaurant itself because I was doing take out. But it seemed very unassuming from the outside. A bit of a hole in the wall but in the best way. The neon sign is what grabbed me. But it's probably more fun to eat there there during the day because I think they have a back patio. Overall, excellent tacos!

You don't need to be in the Mission to get amazing tacos! Zorro's tacos are a classic no frills version with juicy meat, onion, and cilantro. They also have a toppings and sauce bar with pickled peppers and onions and four different spicy sauces. I highly recommend the birria taco--it's so moist and flavorful!

Great food for a late night. Fast service. Always serving lots of shrimp and meat in general with any order which is great. Can't recommend this place enough. I got the shrimp taco salad and it was delicious and had a ton of shrimp.

We ordered the taco salad with shrimp and a horchata. The horchata was very good and refreshing and was a great pairing with our meal. They did not skimp on the shrimp at all in the taco salad, and it was very fresh and flavorful. They also give you a lot of fixings on the side to add to your bowl as you pleased. It was a good sized salad too. I really enjoyed our meal.

My homies and I were out drinking in Chinatown last night watching the dragon dance! I was looking for a burrito near by, so I ran into taqueria zorro. I'm glade I did! That super burrito with lengua was dynamite! Spanish rice, black beans, salsa, sour cream and melted cheese were perfect to soak up the alcohol, lol. The salad bar with the pickle jalapeños was a great condiment! I prefer dine in. They have a few tables and wooden benches. Takes me back to the days in Tijuana Mexico. If I happen to be in the neighborhood again I definitely stop by! 5!stars to you guys!

**4 Stars: Bomb Eats at Taqueria Zorro in North Beach** Yo, if you're in North Beach, San Francisco, you gotta check out Taqueria Zorro. This spot is lit for some fire Mexican food. We hit it up on a whim and were stoked with what we found. First off, the carne asada tacos were hella good--juicy, seasoned just right, and packed with fresh toppings. They've got a salsa bar that lets you dial up the heat to your liking, which is clutch. Now, let's talk about the super burrito. This thing was massive and loaded with all the good stuff--meat, rice, beans, you name it. It's perfect if you're looking for something that'll fill you up without breaking the bank. But the real MVP? The nacho fries with Hot Cheetos. Yeah, you heard that right. Crispy fries drenched in cheese, jalapeños, and topped with Hot Cheetos. It's a wild combo, but trust me, it works. It's got that spicy kick that'll have you coming back for more. Only downside is that it gets pretty packed during peak hours, so you might have to wait a bit for your food. And finding a seat can be a mission, but the vibe and the friendly staff make it worth the wait. All in all, Taqueria Zorro is a dope spot for some legit Mexican eats. The flavors are on point, the prices are right, and the service is solid. Definitely swing by if you're in the area--I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Having a craving for chow fun, how did I end up here? The place that I pegged for a midweek lunch is closed Wednesdays. I had enchiladas in mind when I noticed the signage here. Seeing a customer waiting outside and a few dining inside, I decided to try someplace new for lunch. After studying the menu, the specials board steered me to ordering a super burrito with tinga de pollo, black beans, hold the sour cream (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=G06cuNmAnNdiwtMCw9yfVQ&userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q); the protein is described as shredded chicken in chipotle sauce. I was given a number card since I told the cashier that I was dining in. I also tried the mango juice, large (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=eqEHZ4upVbdZ7WDJ26178g&userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q); being a taqueria, I was expecting an agua fresca (horchata was the other option). It was okay but I won't order this again. I made my way to the salsa bar (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=de4L6a2wrhlFsI3VZKgTMA&userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q) and my eyes widened in seeing the selection. I spooned two items to try first, with the chips and later to dip my burrito. As I ate my burrito, I gave pause in 2nd guessing what I ordered as the flavors were more hearty and steak-like. When I reread the description of tinga again it dawned on me it was the chipotle sauce. The ingredients (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=gDcIfCUQkW9wsm2JLyoKtA&userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q) were pretty balanced though I wished there was a little more guacamole since I held the sour cream. I went back to the salsa bar and tried all of the other choices except the Verde. As I ate, the dining room filled up. I would rate the food 3.5 and bump it up for the salsa bar and efficiency. May stop in if I'm craving a taco, quesadilla, or burrito and in the neighborhood.

My bf and I stumbled upon this shop while walking around SF. Service: Kind staff. No line. Quick service. They have a salsa bar which I enjoyed. Food: We got the Zorro burrito and large horchata. They gave complimentary chips. The burrito was pretty good. I enjoyed the fries and meat inside the burrito. There was a lot more guacamole than expected. I really liked the salsa from the salsa bar. The horchata was super worth it for the price! I'd come back to try their nachos the next time I'm in the area. We saw someone ordered it and it looked delicious!
